There goes my breakfast ...

Splatt!!!  Oh no ... Milo!!! naughty cat, naughty cat ...
There goes my breakfast ... (picture a pancake lying flat on the floor!! huhu ..)
Yes! .. thats what happened to my breakfast this morning.
(Milo has just had his breakfast, ... well, I guess its his craving coz he just recovered from being sick .. I forgave him this time!)


And for all of you out there, I beg you ....
NEVER, I repeat, NEVER,  (even if you're on a diet....) starts your day on an empty stomach!! 
Always make an effort to eat something before you begin your day. Yes ... don't skip breakfast!! **
Here's some suggestions:
The simplest being a cup of tea/coffee/nescafe/milo/horlicks (whatever your favourite  ..) with a few crackers,
or a toast with kaya/butter/jam, ... and better still an omelette or half boiled-egg.Yum yum ...!!
or ... a bowl of cornflakes with milk (of course!),
or ... simply your favourite yogurht yoghurt.
Easy kan??!! ...
Okay.. okay. You don't have that much time ... or just plain lazy, (sorry to say this)
Well .. just gulp down plain H2O @ water,
& grab a banana*** or two on your way out. Just do it ... Pleaseezzz!!!
