We threw a surprised birthday treat for him ... (for he kept hinting about Sunday being the day he was born for days a week before ... haha)
We made-don't-know ... like 'no big deal' about it. No hint, intention or whatever about celebrating his 'born-day' ... hihi.
We didn't even wish him 'Happy Birthday' yesterday morning ... (except his father after sending him to school and off to work)
.... Alhamdulillah, on Sunday Amar has his Fardu 'Ain classes, which will saw him at school until 4.30pm ....
... meaning ample, infact ... plenty of time to do-whatever-necessary ... Mama and KCik (pheww)
Ecu was tasked with fetching Amar from school ... hehe
Tho' it was raining cats-and-dogs at 4.30pm, and birhday-boy was wet the moment he stepped inside the house ...
The look on his face upon seeing the lighted birhday cake, the burst of birthday song for him .... priceless!!!
When Amar blew the candles ... everybody cheered and clapped .... Alhamdulillah!!
... happy face that tells all (^__^) |
p.s. Sadly, 18 May is also the day his brother, Angoh passed away peacefully 5 years ago. So 18 May saw us, happy for Amar ... yet sadly missing Angoh ... at the same time.
(Al - Fatihah to my dearest 2nd son, Wan Mohd Munzir ... May Allah blessed your soul, forgives you, grant you Jannah and in peace there ... Aminn. We all miss you so much)

Count and enjoy the birthdays before the number grows. We are now 2+3+10. This does not take into account the 1+3 anniversaries. But for the little ones, the birthday gifts are still something they look forward to.
I just wonder my message makes sense ; 2+3+10 - Both of us + three children and ten grandchildren. The four anniversaries (wedding) are ours and those of the three children. If HE gives us enough years ahead the grands will also be married and give us more birthdays to celebrate! You wait long enough and be in our shoes.
