Angel Hair Spaghetti .... new kid in the block

Towards the end of Ramadhan, the two kids requested spaghetti for ifftar. Pheww!! After 26 days of tom yam, singgang ayam, bbq chicken, fried chicken, ayam masak merah, ayam kicap, ayam kunyit, ayam percik  .... yupp, they  (Muaz, Amar) are chicken lovers  .... 
Mama having had enough of cooking chicken ... (-__-'), welcome the change in menu with open arms!!!
Out Mama went shopping for spaghetti and its accomplice (hihi  ...). Instead of regular spaghetti, Mama opt for 'angel hair spaghetti' ... upon daughter's recommendation.
Alhamdulillah! A sold-out that day, and honestly, since that day ... regular spaghetti is a 'bye-bye' for good  ... unless of course angel hair spaghetti is out of stock at Mama's regular supermarket.
Really, its much lighter and has 'bihun-like' texture, except a little thicker. Tak muak kata oghe Kelate  ....
Mama's basic pasta sauce is here and this time Mama adds minced meat (Ramly's brand), the whole 2 piece of them, after the part tomato sauce began to bubble. Mama also adds a bottle of Adabi's 350 gm pasta sauce (any flavour) for additional ummphh! and let it simmers (medium flame) until the meat cooks before adding the rest. Add enough water if you wish .... Mama did, for we like our spaghetti with plenty of pasta sauce ... ala 'laksa' maa  ....
p.s. yesterday we had Angel Hair Spaghetti too  .... Mama mia!!

Don't you add pepper, salt and sugar as well?

Yes, you add them the last. After turning off the flame. But you can always add them earlier ... But health wise, not good.
