Bila terjebak resipi viral ...

Pantang ada resipi viral ... kalau berkenan terjebak sama. Terkini kek pastri buah2an tu. Orang buat kek ... tapi seperti biasa ... derhaka. Versi muffin yg direka.

Pun Amar dan kawan2 cakap sedap ... licin bekal yg dibawa ke sekolah keesokan hari. OK lah tu bagi cubaan pertama.
Apa nak buat dgn lebihan buah2 strawberi dan blueberi satu masaalah juga. Bukan boleh disimpan lama2. Lalu men'Google'lah seperti biasa. Derhaka lagi!! Resipi asal kek. Tapi Mama buat versi kek cawan (dpt 12 biji) ... beri pada jiran. Balas bekas sayur lemak pucuk labu yg diberi dulu.
Dan adunan selebih dapat 3 biji versi muffin (kes nak cepat siap ... haha!). Sebab sedap ... nak simpan resipi.

Kek Pisang, Strawberi n Blueberi
Bahan2:
1 cawan strawberi - potong kecik2, gaul gula halus
1/2 cawan blueberi - gaul gula halus
1 biji pisang ranum - lecek (Mama guna 2 sbb kecik)
1 cawan gula kaster
2 biji telur (A)
1/4 cawan minyak sayuran/mentega cair
1 biji lemon - ambil parutan kulit (Mama ganti 1 sudu teh sunquick)
1 1/2 cawan gandum*
1/2 sudu teh baking powder*
1 sudu teh garam*
Secubit serbuk cinnamon*
* ayak bersama
1 cawan walnut - cincang (opt)
Cara:
1. Panaskan oven 180°C. Gris loyang.
2. Dlm mangkuk besar, pukul telur, minyak, gula, pisang, strawberri dan lemon parut hingga sebati. (Mama guna whisk jer).
3. Masukkan * bahan2 ayak tadi dan gaul sebati (jgn overmix).
4. Kaupbalikkan blueberi dan walnut.
5. Tuang ke dalam acuan. Bakar 45 minit - 1 jam/kek masak. Jika buat kek cawan, 25 - 30 minit/masak, perang sedikit bhgn atas.

p.s. Seperti kek2 yg berasaskan buah2an ... ianya lebih sedap keesokan hari.
